i paid for a saddle off the wiggle site was listed as in stock
had the free post
just got an email stating saddle not in stock it will be august whwen i get it !! rip off
asked for full refund bet i dont get one :x
anyone else had this ordering parts not weven in stock
they had my cash fast as hell tho not happy

They are better than most of the big guns though, but yes there are flaws, get the feeling they are too reliant on the automated system. When it goes right its great but if you have a problem it can be a bugger. Was it a charge spoon saddle perchance?

Never had any problems with Wiggle and they always refund in full when I have returned stuff (I always eat the free wine gums though)!

yes its a charge spoon for my other cinder cone i am real pissed at them ..first time i have got summat from them ..late august for a saddle mental
i asked for a refund theres lots of these about

You'll probably have difficulty getting a spoon anywhere and wiggle like everyone else is dependent on the supplier. There was a batch recently and those are the stock levels you'll see with other retailers, ones that keep a stock level that is, alot of them when you've went through the rigmarol of placing an order tells you its not in stock. In fact wiggles spending power means they'll probably get them first, as what happened recently. For a refund I'm pretty sure if you log in to your account you can do it yourself by canceling your order.

pretty sure my LBS has a white spoon in the window if anyone wants it I can get for you if you are willing to pay postage, or indeed give gears in glasgow a call and arrange direct.

Legally they're not allowed to charge you until the goods are despatched. If they don't give you your money back then I'd have words.
