Why I don't deal bikes...

You are having a laugh.

Even Lifeson would take a Pearly reissue over that piece of doo doo!

The hardware on that is all sorts of wrong for a Paul.

Want a superstrat?

Play a superstrat.

Not amused.

I'm not impressed by the whammy arrangement but the rest of it could be justified. Jimmy Page's Les Paul had all kinds of mods to the pick ups and wiring with coil taps, phase shift etc. And of course Neil Young has a Bigsby (why??) on it.

Mmmm.

Neil uses his Bigsby as it was intended, same as Lifeson uses his Bigsby...

The nut is truly a sin on a Paul.

I'm not sure I've ever worked out the point of a Bigsby unless you want a lever to make your guitar go out of tune.

I agree though that it is an guitar that just didn't need to be made. A bit like the Pearly Gates. I just can't fathom why anyone wants a guitar that has been attacked with a sander or whatever to make it look like a famous players guitar. For 40K you could find one hell of an amazing vintage Les Paul.
