Which company made this frame?

Fork is Trek Mogul. Concept accessories + Deore LX parts.

Seatpost size is 31,4 mm

Frame weight: around 1,5 kg

It depends on which brand used the frame.
If anyone else recognises who it may be from in 1995 and use A-Pro frames.

The rear brake hanger, cable guiding and welds make me think of Alfton (Taiwanese).

As a side Marin used that mech hanger style from 1996 onwards, maybe before). As they use A-Pro frames.
But this frame is before then and Marin used their own numbering serials.

The mech hanger doesn't always have to two scalps out of the top.

Orange Aluminium-O and Elite range also used it since 1991.

The forks are Trek but it doesn't look like a Trek frame.

Concept is a an in-house brand, but I forget which to tell you it's Trek, Marin, Saracen, KHS etc without spending time looking.

I'm surprised someone hasn't added their tuppence worth, hope they do.
