It's obviously a lunar rock you uncultured goblins

This frame was designed by American NASA engineers post-Apollo. It is actually the first mountain bike ever made, pre-dating every single commercial mountain bike of the late 70s early 80s

The idea was that the chemical composition of the rock, being 45% Oxygen, would make for a 100% organic air suspended bicycle.

Unfortunately this is a knock off.
