not the usual CM with slender lugs and this one has cantis and braze-ons as though it was once a tourer/hybrid, and previous owner has blocked up the bottle cage holes - presumably to go hardcore CX riding??? Its a good price and canti-stop equipped frames are scarce, but it looks like this is plain gauge tubing or heavyweight carbon steel - non? the lump at the top of the seat tube is particularly ugly as are the light fitting on rear stay and mudguard braze-ons - overall a bit of a munter

That is not a Gazelle by any means.

Looks like a gusset where the down tube meets head tube, seat stays are pure beef...looks set up for rough stuff. Sellers valuation is optomistic IMHO.

I think it's a hole for dynamo wiring. Certainly looks chunky.
