I think you would have to put that plastic in a pipe and smoke it, then repeat daily for some time to get cancer. The warning should say cycling is highly addictive and may be detrimental to your financial health. By the way, it seems that everything is known to cause cancer in the state of California. My interpretation is that it is known to cause cancer in California. I'm not in California, so I should be good.
