Spokes are DT double-butted stainless in silver
Nipples are DT brass
Front hub is an original Chris King
Rear hub is Shimano XTR FH-M950 with the titanium freehub and titanium 10mm axle!
Can fit a 9-speed cassette for £10 extra (Deore) or £30 extra (XT). They work with 7 & 8-speed too obviously.
I also have cheap tyre options if you want rubber on them... IRC Notos, Kenda, Smoke, Conti, WTB, Maxxis. Free tubes included if you want tyres on them.
Condition is very good. Very low mileage and only summer/dry use.
Both wheels have been ridden off road so of course there's marks from stones etc, but mileage is very minimal, there is no measurable wear to the brake tracks, just normal marks from pads (were used with stock XTR V's).
Wheels have just been serviced professionally including a full strip down de-grease and re-grease of hubs (proper Chris King Ring Drive grease used in the front hub bearings, regular Shimano grease in the rear), and preload set properly. All ready to roll!
Considering the price of the hubs alone was well over £200 I am looking for £195 + £12 UK mainland courier SOLD
Happy to split if there's a buyer for both front & rear wheels.
