Only difference I can see is the seat tube clamp. Agree with LGF, Reckon its a Merlin or possibly Sunn from mid 90's maybe (got a feeling that they were fairly mass produced frames that many companies used and re-branded).

This one is Fuji Stout & Light (SL) tubing (CRO-MO).
