Whats this chainring, has 3 flat teeth on top and bottom.

Hi guys just wondered if anyone knew what this chain ring was, got it in a bundle from friends wife . Want to sell it but haven't a clue of brand or value., Looks odd never seen one with 3 flat teeth top and bottom

Middleburn rings have the same type of teeth, well the newer ones anyway. Supposed to aid shifting I believe. No idea what your ring is though, I thought the gold tech ones had their logo etched in, but have never owned one to be sure.
