What's Still Original on Your Bikes?

Was riding my old Saracen last night into town (drive 5 miles less each week!) and was going over it in my head, what is still original on it?
I got it new in 1991 and here is my list:
Forks, recently built it up as a tourer so original forks back on.
Front Mech, one of those odd band on jobbies.
Cranks, I still have them so I'm counting them. Had to have 170s for the tour.
Chainrings, outer and inner original! I'm on middle ring number eight! I put lack of wear down to my smooth style.

I still have the original wide cantis and levers. The Vees only went on last year again for the tour.

The brakes were still running the original cable at the back!! I dread to think how many miles my old friend has done, the current computer trip is just broken the 12K mark.

What's original on your rides?

Good question. If I pick just my Parkpre Pro Image which I have owned from new:

Rear mech
Front mech
Cranks
Seatpost clamp

Which is much less than I thought it would be. I have the original bar ends, tyres and saddle but everything else was replaced / upgraded as it wore out or broke BITD.

'85 Specialized Rockhopper. Everything except stem (Flexstem) bars (cheap flat set) and brake calipers (replaced horrible black plastic covered ones with silver)

On my replica of my first mountain bike, I actually have the original:

Handlebars (c. 1990)
Canti brakes (c.1990)
SPDs (c.1993)
Flite (c.1994)

Think that's it... :D

Although the frame isn't original - so soes this all count?

Could you be more specific? Which bike? Road or MTB?

We (well me) are a wide church! Anything you like. My road bike has more original stuff despite being older.

My Proflex 555 is complete as it left the factory.........only change is flite saddle for the vetta one it came with.

Klein Quantum has carbon forks, new stem and bars, sti units, saddle and seatpost,pedals..........and slightly bigger tyres to allow for the almost four stone since I got it.......

Rest came as frames and bits anyway.
