What's brand is this bar 😃

Trying to find out the brand of this bar.
Weight is 150 grams
Shim is one piece aluminium and iam sure the bar is titanium.

Ignore the Marin decals.

Please help

They are Marin decals which someone put on there.. Marin did not do a aluminium bar with a shim...

Only handlebar with a shim I can think of was kona race light, but those were fluted on the inside. (Were all of them fluted?)
