Copey

Retro Guru
Pace RC35 -
Manitou 1 - jus bought, but elastomers are shagged
Rock Shox Mag 21 - have somewhere, but one leg is shagged

OR

Something else???

:D :D

depends what frame its going on.

however having a thing for pace i would say the pace.
but then mag21s and manitous are nice aswell.

Sus fork that look very much like Rigid fork, have no movement as well and way a lot less
Flog the MAG21's and PACE.

Thanks..

It's going on a Fisher AL-1 that I have been saving from the dead.. it now has a matt black paint job, so its not going to please the 'period correct police'.. I am going to thrash the t*ts off it over the winter..

I am too old for rigid, the Klein I breifly had was rigid front end and (combined with a frame that was too small for me) it killed my back..

So suspension it is.. 8)

None - stick a rigid fork on there and run a 2.3/2.4 tyre. Some of us do this all year round...

Hi Copey - we posted at the same time! How old are you and what's the winter like in NJ??

Long, wet and muddy like here in the UK?

I am 34, but had a hard paper round!! :D

The winters here in NJ are very similar to those in the UK, but this year is going to be super snowy.. 8)
