what stem is this?

Might be modeern sun stuff. . ? Clamp actaually looks A-head A-tac esque at the steerer end, but then it all goes a bit wrong. .

The dude has some odd overpriced tat, like $100 for some oe coda SS-5 alikes. . but then some nice stuff liek first generation XT large flange hubs, but most of it has "chancer" written all over it. .

I love having you people as resources! I doubt if anyone is going to buy that stem, but I wanted to have some proof as to what it was before I told him to stop false advertising.
