What Parkpre?

Is there someone who can tell me what model is this bike?
I can't understand because the seat post tube is cut near the orizontal tube, I noticed that the parkre main feature is to have the seatpost tube about five cm longer over the orizontal tube. I think it is about 94 as it is equipped with cantilever brakes, the owner told me it is painted, maybe Ti Gold paint.
I would like to know if it is a good bike to ride, if it is light and how is equipped.
thanks in advance

The forks are 1992, though it seems to have a newer style brace on it.

Grab the serial number, from memory these are A-Pro built so should be easy to decipher the date.

The things we know:
the yellow arrow shows the Tange ultimate Supelight stiker,
the red arrows show the seat tube length and the cable routing.
The only frame made of Tange Ultimate Superlight is Pro 825, but the legnth of the seat tube and the cable routing tell that it is not that model
so what is this bike?

Seat tube could be chopped say from stuck post or bent clamping area, I don't know these bikes but grab the serial number.
Not sure why anyone would badge up as parkpre if not a parkpre.
Could be anything then and any badges are meaningless if it has been.
Get more details.

I am still concerned about the cable routing. Every Parkpre I have come across has two cables on the top on the top tube and one going down the down tube and under the bottom bracket. Bit of a mystery.
