It's up for £30, was wondering if anything was salvagable parts wise.
At first I thought that might be a Judy on the front, but now I'm not so sure.

Must be fairly decent, as the frame has ritchey dropouts.

Frame alone must be worth £30, one of those good quality mail order frames I guess.

Those are Suntour forks and I bet the seatpost is stuck.
