what is missing in this picture?

hello everybody

i am currently watching an auction on ebay and the guy is selling an incomplete canti paul brake , in gold , exactly what i need for my project

it is obvious that it is incomplete, but what parts are missing? are they expensive? how high can the price rise with the added parts if i decide to build it completely ?

i`m gonna have a guess that an onza ho canti pad holder would do the trick because the arms are round as well,and beings that they break easily someone here should have a spare just give a shout out in the wanted bit
