Weinmann non-aero brake hoods

I'm sure I've seen a thread on this subject so apologies for starting a new one...but I'm after a pair of good quality hoods (well, a few pairs....) for the alloy Weinmann brake levers on my bikes - if you've recently ought a pair that you're happy with, it'd be great to know where from.

There's these on teh ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FIXIE-ROAD-BI ... _500wt_922

...but it's kind of hard to guess what kind of quality they might be from the picture...

These from loosescrews in the US look better, but I'd like to avoid branding that isn't accurate to the age of the bikes.

Thanks in advance :D

Found the other thread, http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewto ... sc&start=0

There is a link for a supplier but out of stock

Zotty, I finally fitted those levers tonight, thankfully they fit the same bracket so the tape needn't come off, although the hoods are slightly smaller where they meet the frame so can see a slight gap in the tape where it wraps around, but not too bad. They look a good match.

Hi,

I've bought some of those, in black. Don't look or feel quite as nice as the original, but worn out, Weinmann hoods that they replaced. Although I'd had them 20 years and can't remember what they were like when new!

The size/fit was good on my levers.
