Weeride on GT STS?

Hi All

Just bought oe of these weeride things on the bay, www.weeride.co.uk btw, front facing child seat, I cant get it to fit onto my frame though, I have contacted seller who says that if I put an aheadet spacer on I will able to attach it to the front? Is he right? Anyone got any ideas?

sounds plausable but you would need a longer steerer tube which could be expensive - photo's might help the assessment.

Thanks Ken, \i'm gonna try a 20mm spacer I think anyways see how it goes.

Not being funny, but how can this be off topic if its about a "retro mtb", and how to do something with it? No worries.

If i'm reading this correctly putting a aheadset spacer wont do anything as the clamp mounts to the frame only, here's mine

Put some pics up so we can see what's happening.
