My plans over the weekend changed, so instead of SPESHMIKE and I doing a 60 mile cycle-path ride to Boston to get the miles in, we decided to hammer our local 2 hour off-road loop.

The woods are a bit interesting at the moment, as there are loads of rocks, flints etc under the leaves to catch you out :shock:
