WANTED: Small Kona frame 15/16inch V.brake ideally light.

I'm looking for a small v brake Kona frame to build up for my daughter. Am not bothered by colour, but ideally seeking a light frame, so either a higher end steel model or an aluminium frame.

I'm also open to considering a complete bike if somebody has something they need to move on.
