Wanted Wanted short 1" quil cheap as chips old stem

Wanted short quil stem to convert an old road bike to a slightly more comfy riding position for a friend. ideally 50-120mm (max) extension 1" quil 5 degree or 10 degree rise, front loading - any colour or condition as I'll repaint it to fit
