I'm after a pair of the above to go into bullhorn handlebars, 19mm internal size, external cable routing. I'm not bothered about condition so long as they work!
I have something that may do you. I dont know a lot about them (or TT in general) They came on a 531 framed bike that I rebuilt as a commuter/tourer. I shall dig out some pictures.
Sounds good. The clamp diameter doesn't need to be exactly 19mm as I can turn them down on a lathe if they're too big or make shims if they're too small.
