Wanted: Kona Koa

As the title says..I had one of these back in '95 and loved it. Stupidly i sold mine, but want another one.

What size? My friend has two here in Denmark. An orange one from 97, quite small (16"?) and a blue'ish one probably from 95 or 96 which looks like an 18" at a glance...this is from memory so sorry. Maybe he'll sell one cheap and ship it to the UK. I can always ask.

Yeh, sorry size would have been good

I currently ride a 19" Kula which is pretty much a good fit - i'm 6ft 2in, but don't mind a slightly smaller bike.

If he is willing to part with it i would appreciate knowing how many beer tokens he wants

That said, the smaller of the two would be perfect for the better half - so either (or both) would be good

Alright, I'll ask him either tomorrow or early next week and check the frame size, and then I'll get back to you. I'm not sure he will sell either or both but it sure doesn't hurt to ask

Hey hey, he has a blue Koa, I believe a 95, in either 18 or 19". Probably 18 but he has to check. He said he'd sell it for 500 Danish crowns. Cheap price here, but not sure what that is in £. 45-50? Shipping from here is probably around 200-250 crowns. I will check that if you are interested in the frame. The little orange one from 96 is actually his friends, so can't sell it. It's always just sitting outside the shop (it's built up as a city commuter) so I assumed there was no owner. It looks like a 14" anyway, so maybe it would be too small. Anyway, let me know and I'll make sure we get it done as soon aas possible if you want it.

I can get some pics next week. It's built up, but we'll strip it down and clean it...but it'll be a full bike in the pics. I tried with the little one, but he couldn't do it. Maybe she'll want to get rid of it sometime...? I went to bat for you and talked him down to 500 crowns for the big one though Anyway I'll send pics when I have them. Will see if I can do it Monday.

Holiday here yesterday, but here we go with some pics. There are a few scaratches, to be expected, but no chainsuck marks. No dents either. Don't know about that Zoom sticker, but surely you can peel that off :?
