Wanted : high rise quill stem

Where are all those gone ???
I can't manage to find any, please help me !
Prefered specs :
- Steel or 80's aluminium
- 30 to 40 degrees rise
- medium reach, 80 to 100 mm long
- for 1" or 1"1/8 steerer tube
- cheap
