That's a fair set of questions but need a whole bike, somewhere between 17-20" Not fussed what type just the best I can find for £300.

I know it's a tight budget for a good one but thought it was worth a shot!

Fair enough, what is it out of interest? this is for my mate to replace his old one but we might be able to transfer the tat off his old frame to get him started.
