Looking for a steel framed tourer. Front and back pannier mounts (panniers as well if you have them). Ideally flat bars but I'm happy to change them over or go with no bars. 700c compatible a must have
Also interested in frames or semi complete bikes.
Budget obviously varies depending on how complete a bike we're talking about but I don't think I can go much above £300 for a full setup.
