Syncros did, in fact I had one on my now long gone '96 RTS Team. Good luck, this is probably like a needle in a haystack but you never know!

Think all the old USE ones were 25.0 and needed a shim. Just sold one actually and that was a 25.0mm with a 27.2 shim

Syncros did do one and there were a job lot for sale here a while back
