My new (old) Merckx frame has arrived 
and whilst I was going to fit a silver American Classic seatpost i already had, I am thinking a 7400 may be better for it.(aero or fluted) I have a 7410 post lined up for a Peugeot Carbone project with 7700 parts but all the photos I have seen of 7410 bikes show fluted 7400 seatposts.
ps the frame has no bolt to tighten the post either so need to buy one of them also :shock:
