**** Bit of an Old Thread Revival - Feb 2018 ****

i had this for sale back in 2016, but ended up giving this frame to the guy that had my old Alves frame, sort of a trade to get my old Alves back.

i needed another work bike subsequently, so managed to track down another identical frame... so this is the one that’s now for sale!!


This was my work bike, but now surplus to requirements so splitting

vital statistics are:

BB to top tube c to c - 16.5 inches

BB to top of seat tube - 19 inches

TT c to c - 22.5 inches

HT - 5 inches

excellent condition, just a couple of chips that i've touched in. comes with a cheap but excellent 'Rabid' headset installed, and the seat post collar

this has sliding dropouts and hanger so perfect for single speed as well as geared, and has bolt on v brake mounts as well as disc (i don't have the mounts though), so it's actually a very versatile wee frame!

my inquisitiveness got the better of me....... i wondered if my 650b wheel off the Salsa would fit in the Voodoo as it has sliding dropouts......

and the answer is yes!!

that's a 2.2 nobby nic and there's still plenty of room!

this makes it an even more versatile frame than i first thought!!

i might need to rethink my price now!!

I have the original version of the frame (without the gusset on the down0tube) its been hanging up in the shed for a good few years now but a 650b conversion would be an intriguing project.

I wonder if the Bb will feel quite high though, have you tried building it up?
