here is my viscount sebring, I think its a 1978 model. it is pretty much original as far as I can tell, it has chrome forks and a rather beaten up steel frame. the stem as a tad twisted meaning the drops are a bit lower on one side than the other but not to a noticeable amount. I have replaced the left hand crank as the original was kaput and put new bar tape. its been fully stripped and rebuild using new grease and cables where needed. I use it most days and it works just fine.
