Vintage Viking Severn Valley 531 frame

Need some help with this frame please, its a 23" Viking Severn Valley it's full 531 with campag dropouts and nervex lugs, I would like to know what sort of price it would fetch as it is its too big for me and I haven't the time at the minute to strip and respray it, has some surface rust that probably needs treating etc

Well, the original patina is gone and it will cost £200+ to renovate it. I'd say £50.
