Vintage pro racer parts

This bike was ridden by a pro rider who put over 14500 miles on this bike all the parts are vintage would apreciate some help as this sort of thing is not in my wheel house. Need finding someone who might covet these parts and maybe build a bike around them. Thanks guys. Roman.

A pro-rider's bike - with 'safety' brake levers and a speedo? Hmm, not to sure about that. 14500 miles isn't that far for a 'proper' road pro. Probably about a year's worth at the very least. What bike is it?
 
Thank you for your reply and the thought of that being a years worth is crazy to a regular cyclist. I'm not sure on the make of the bike I was told it could be an Italian or Dutch frame from 65 to early to mid 70s. Researching something you have no idea about is a rabbit hole of dates and manufacturers.
 
Picture of the complete bike would be good as there doesn’t seem anything here worth writing about……& proof of the so called pro rider that’s it’s his actual bike ❓
