54cm c-c top tube & seat tube; Mildenhall Cycling Club transfer on rear of seat tube which might mean something to someone.... Viner special steel tubing transfer on front seat tube...
Shimano bottom bracket/Stronglight headset/ITM bars/stem/seat post
Saddle included but is torn in places
Has been over painted in a pale white- original paint can be seen below the decals
No dents or any other issues

Original decals say special professional & I bought it as a complete bike for the group set & wheels from the original owner in Lincoln.
 
Sorting these frames is a bit of a mare.....

Well it doesn' look to have the over bottom bracket cable guides of either of those

Put then the op's pictures are not great , nice looking bike for sure
 
Biggs is correct- leaflet is very helpful; it's definitely not the Stella professional but does share the same dropouts & heart shapes on the lugs as the Record
The cable guides are under the bottom bracket alongside the "54" stamp for the frame size.
At least mid 1980's as the Shimano 600 group set that was fitted was of that era

Looks cool. Can I assume that if it's 54cm c-c it's 55cm centre to top?
What's the tire clearance like?
