Vauxhall official locking roof rack, with keys, all working, cosmetically scuffed but not too bad.

was used with a vauxhall astra, not the current shape, or the last but the one before that, approx 7 years old?

V brake retro wheelset.

front exage hub on arraya rim, wtb velociraptor tyre 2.1 + tube and quick release £10 + post

rear Shimano STX-RC on mavic 231 rim with wtb velociraptor tyre 2.1 + tube quickrelease, and 7 speed cassette. £15 + post

or both for £20 + post

Condition is cosmetically marked, and showing their age, but rims are straight/true, havent had too much wear, and bearings are fine.

Yepno probs, bearings are smooth, engagement is brisk, they are mucky but should clean up well...
