Yes, the dropouts are very neat, but on this bike they fall a bit away behind all the other detailing.

1st impression when seeing this bike was, fine, but something near similar in function and style can be achieved with a quality 20 or so year old rig as basis to start from also.

In true class and detailing it falls a bit short compared to tourers by Toei or Herse imho.

I know next to nothing about Tourers; thanks for the info. I'll have to give them a look.
