What size frame does it "shim" a USE post up to?

This is a 1mm shim, so takes a 25mm USE post up to 26mm

What frames use 26 seat tubes? Roadie ones I guess?

My old '89 Lava Dome, and my '89 Bear Valley SE were both 26.0, or at least were after several years of use
