It's a very close resemblance, Siish, and it looks a lot better to me than yellow with black letters.
The lack of a rear brake cable stop is the only difference I see, but that could have been cut off before the new color was applied. I've seen stuff like that done to save weight, although the weight savings could have been just as easily accomplished by the performance of a hearty, well-executed farmer blow.

Those forks look somewhat cheap to me.

In any case, I'd say it's a good deal; I'd buy it if I could.
