Unkown stem Yeti?

Hello.I was recently putting some parts for sale on the bay.I have this stem that came of a Yeti fro probably 1991.But i could not identify it.My question is who made this stem?What is it made of?I put a magnet to it and no metal attracts,not even the bolt.Titanium or aluminum?It does have paint on some spots that look like the yeti turquoise color.Fits 1 1/4 inch .Any ideas?

close. its yeti built, note the angled top of the quill to save weight -the quill bolt is recessed & shorter than normal.

Perfect, fat, overlapping "fish-scale" weld bead.
Suggests Frank The Welder to me.
