Unidentified titanium BB

Hi. Owner says it is a ti spindle BB, but there are no brand or mark on it. Anybody recognize it?

I recognise it.
Looks like a Syncros pro series bottom bracket missing its plastic shell water sleeve thingo.

The Spindle is machined from Ti 6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo Titanium rod

No ...these had "Syncros" and Specs engravings in the cups and the cups were also shaped differently.
