You don't need a special spanner, I just use an ordinary combination spanner on my Campagnolo Nuovo Record/Gran Sport 2 bolt seatpin and Turbo saddle.
The front bolt is for adjusting the angle and the rear bolt is for tightening. Loosen the rear bolt with the ring end of the spanner between the rails, then adjust the front bolt which won't be tight and which will turn easily, you should be able to reach it with the spanner open end. Then tighten the rear bolt. Repeat to the get the saddle angle right. You need to turn the spanner over as your're turning the bolts because of the restricted access to the bolts. All without forcing and without any bending of the saddle shell.
This design of seatpin is the absolute all time best and rock solid, once you set it you will never have to adjust it again.
