UK to France shipping. Is it long ?

Do you have a tracking number off the seller to see if it's arrived in France yet?

yeah that seems too long, i have bought stuff from french ebay from the same seller and sometimes it is quick and sometimes it is slow. but i would agree with what has been said, posting to france does seem a little erratic.
although 4 weeks is way to long i think, if the seller isn't answering your emails you should open a dispute thread, that is all you can do.

If ebay/paypal contact them ASAP and start the process of getting your money back. Don't waste any more time.
Usually with parcels I've found it to be 5 days max with Standard cheapo Royal Mail Air Mail.
Saying that a Birthday card to my GF's father took 4 weeks but that was over Christmas and had probably been trapped in the sorting machine and then given the mañana treatment as they are near the Spanish border.
