It should say UST somewhere on the tire-if it doesn't it probably isn't. On the other hand, if they are tubeless, why don't you mount them that way? If you don't have tubeless rims you can buy a STANS rim strip with integrated valve stem and the STANS sealant. I have used tubeless for several years and have had NO flats. Also, if it gets really rough, you can lower the pressure to the low 30's without worrying about pinch flats, as there is no tube to pinch. Lastly, tubes can weigh 100-200 grams each and are no longer necessary.
