too big for me too, but to add this is a HM frame as its TVT stamped on the lugs, means its stiffer than the standard frame and was the type used by the pro's still a plasticine paperclip compared to our modern carbon frames. Hope it goes to a good home they make a fantastic retro build and still ride very nicely

Yep, rode very nicely indeed and will do so again once built-up. I do have a small baby brother @ 48cm too (Non HM)
