Tubeless nightmare

Currently trying to fit a set of tyres onto a tubeless wheelset(with a standard tube) and after 40 years of never having to ever use a tyre lever, I have broken 3 heavy duty ones so far tonight and an hour later still am no nearer getting the covers on. It's like tryin to fit a 24 inch tyre on a 26 rim! The Rims are Rolf and have no well in the rim. The tyres are IRC tubeless Kevlar and just won't go any where near? The nearest I can get is about 14 inches of tyre still off the rim! Christ its bloody tight! Think the tyres are a lot of the problem, any tips! I know tubeless are the spawn of Satan and a total waste of time, but the wheelset is really nice n light!

Tyres

No chance, they'll buckle the wheel, the closest I can get the bead to the rim is 3 inches! steel levers will bend the rim out or rip the bead off the tyre. This is why most racers won't have them within 30 yards of their rims- total garbage! Think it's the tubeless tyres thats the problem tho'?

Which rims are they? Some rims are just generally a nightmare. I work in a shop and occasionally have to use the metal levers on wheels, just be very, very careful. If you try a normal tyre you may find it a lot easier to get them on.

Tyres

Normal tyres just a bit tighter, they are Rolf rims, with no well. The Tyres are the new IRC Mibro, It took me 40 minutes just to get one side on! I have just taken the tyre off and it took three levers and a lot of brute force just to get that side off! It would wreck the rim if I used any more force so the tyres are off in the wheelie bin! They're nice and light which is a shame. I know a lot of racers won't have them cause of all the hassle and a trail side repair is impossible, you just can't get the tyres off without a good sharp knife!
