I couldn’t find a thread for Rich so thought I’d start one for him.

I answered a wanted advert for some Paul’s brake levers. He paid immediately, was patient when I was a touch slower posting them than I’d said I would be, let me know that they’d arrived, and left me feedback unprompted.
