Trials UK - reliable retailer?

...was looking at there prices and they seem very good, but i have had some issues trying to contact them.
I have emailed them, with no reply, there advertised phone number cannot connect & there live assistance is well, never live. If anyone here has any experience with them, plz post.

well that's my concern also, still no reply via email either. Best to stick with CRC i reckon
