Trek STP models question

Hi!

I have a question regarding Trek STPs. Where there differences in the frames of STP 200, 300 and 400, or was it simply the year built and the components that differed?

STP 200 - yr2000, blue nude 2001
STP 300 - yr2000, red nude 2001
STP 400 - yr2000, smoke nude 2001, 2002
