Nah, couple of decent stickers and it’ll be fine.

They've only relisted it about 5 times.
They shouldn't even be selling it like that.
As it is it is unrideable, probably unfixable (or not worth fixing).
It (the frame) needs to go into the recycling bin
And they need to state that it's "parts only".

Sod it, how are they ever going to learn if you don't tell them?
