Looks like a Y22 to me with some XT m737/8/9 stuff. Can't quite tell what the cranks are, or the forks. Could be interesting, but it does look as though it's already lead a life and it is carbon, so could be a bargain or a lemon really.
If it's a Y22 then it's a 96 model. If it's a Y33 then it's a 97 model. They ride really well if you have a decent shock on them (I recommend a Stratos). The ultimate Y bike is the 99 YSL300. They only imported 13 of these into the UK and we sold two of them! One was mine and the other is still with its original owner.
