Not a clue whether it's a decent frame.. but may be worth the price..

Treks Antelope series was the "lowest" spec. in the beginning of the 90s, for Treks MTB's.

this one seems to be a 820 which was within the Antelope series the second lowest spec. Higher spec. does have main tubes from True Temper, from 820 down they state only "CroMo frame"

It will make a nice / simple commuter, single speeder, aso.
